At the end of November I went to the OB for the 20 week ultrasound. (20 week ultrasound is the one where they do all the measurements and also reveal the gender (if you want to find out)).
Usually we get some great pictures from this ultrasound, like a handsome facial profile. This little sprite was completely obstinate. Baby was positioned way down low, hand in front of face. I tried to get the baby to move by wiggling around and pushing on my belly. The tech even had me use the restroom, thinking that might cause the baby to move. No luck.
The 2 pictures below were the best pictures -- and they aren't even very good! The first is baby's leg: femur, shin-bone and foot. The second picture is baby's spine and head.

As usual, we didn't find out the baby's gender. The tech would tell us to look away when she was looking at baby's downstairs parts. Josh and I would close our eyes or turn our heads. The tech didn't let on about whether she was seeing a boy or girl. Her only reference to the baby was "the pumpkin". Baby's due date is April 9 (day after Easter) so ... we'll find out what/when/who/&how much in about 4 months.
