Gnocchi Gnocchi
I found a recipe for gnocchi that I just had to try. I think it turned out delicious! I made a pesto sauce, and a garlic, thyme infused butter sauce. Definitely one I'll have to try again.
It was also a hit with Eli! But these days, anything that's not baby food is a hit with Eli.
