Baker and Caleb are getting along very well. Big sis loves to bring him his plush bunny doll. She also likes to gently pet his head and touch his toes. In the morning she asks for Caleb to come lay next to her on her big girl bed. His crying doesn't seem to bother her too much. And fortunately his crying is quickly quieted by the pacifier.

Caleb is a great baby. He's passionate about food, and maintains a great schedule of sleeping and eating. We're so curious about what color hair and eyes he'll end up with. Right now his hair is brown (just like Baker's as a baby), and his eyes are still standard white-baby blue :-) It's very true that you don't get as many pictures of the second child ... especially when big sis is happy to hop into his Kodak Moments.

I'm continuing to heal and recover. It's been wonderful to have so much help from family and friends the past 2 weeks. Our friends are so kind to bring us meals 3 days a week - guaranteed delicious! And the grandparents and auntie Jeni have been key to helping with watching Baker when needed and also to help with housework. Josh is back at work this week. Everyday I make sure to take a nap with the kiddos. Auntie Erin is coming into town for a week, too. And Auntie Jaime and Uncle Aaron are anxiously awaiting their sweet bundle of blue to arrive in about 4 weeks: hurray!
